Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who are unable to make their scheduled session (no-show) or who cancel within 24-hours may be charged a fee. We appreciate as much notice in advance if you need to reschedule your session.
We offer a “sliding scale” to a limited number of clients who are facing financial barriers to accessing mental health support. Your well-being is our priority, and affordability should not prevent anyone from receiving quality care. If you’re having difficulty managing the costs of therapy, reach out to us here. We are dedicated to creating a solution that works for you. Payments are due at the end of each session.
We direct bill ICBC and some Telus eClaims providers. We currently accept Cash, Credit Cards, and E-transfers (debit unavailable). You may have coverage with your extended benefits provider. Unless direct-billing is available, you are responsible for the payment but will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for any difference between the session fee and the amount covered by insurance.
